Hi:
I have someone who made an offer on one of my marketplace products. I've tried contacting him via the online pages, but have not heard anything back. The little links show me his phone number, but I'd like to e-mail him via a regular e-mail account. Is there someplace I can find this guys normal e-mail address? Is there any other way to know he's getting my messages?
Also, my "Notify me via e-mail when someone replies" option does not seem to be working.

You can email them by going to your mymarket page and then the selling tab. there you will see all your items you are selling.
Next just click the view link to view the offers on the item in question. Click on the buyers name. that will show their profile and on the top a link to ask them a question via email. you could also look their username up here in the forum and send via the forum email system (or PM).
Notify via email should be working. We had a temporary issue with aol and earthlink due to a dns issue which has been resolved as of yesterday early.
