If your looking for the plane to be docile at the indicated low rates, you should move the cg forward to about 4 to 4 1/4 inches. When we flew the plane a 4 3/4 cg it was very sensitive on low and high rates. We moved the cg forward and it smoothed right out. The ailerons work just fine at either cg setting. I hope this helps, those used to large planes with sensitive surfaces will do well just where the plans call for, but it was too much for me
