This is what I've been trying to tell people. If the plane is too sensitive at the 4 3/4" balance point reduce the control throws or put in a bunch of expo. Reducing the throw mechanically is the best way because that improves the precision of the servo.

Moving the CG forward deadens the planes response to control inputs and will make the plane harder to land. Better to keep the CG in a reasonable location and soften the controls.
