The small discrepancy you note... is insignificant on that aircraft. it will fly just fine and you'd never notice it.

Some places its good to be a perfectionist. For that minor misalignment on that slow 2 meter powered glider... don't worry about it it'll fly fine. (amazing how badly an Electra can be messed up and it will still fly fine...)

Line it up best you can and glue it..
