RE: uneven elevator
The minor msalignment would give a TINY amount of yaw with elevator. The angle difference of one tip of the stab being 1/4 inch low would be under 3 degress. That would give the effect of about one click of trim on the rudder at full elevator deflection. (you'd never see it on the electric glider)
If it were a Pattern or IMAC precision aerobatic aircraft... you would need it to be perfect.
The Electra... I've seen fly with double the dihedral angle on one side vs the other, 1/2 inch washout on one wing, and 1/8 inch on the other... and you couldn't see the difference in flight performance from a straight one. (sure looked wierd on the ground... and had a lot of rudder trim... but it flew well.)
