I recently put together one of these models.....I installed a Saito 91 (inverted), hooked up the flaps, installed a Dubro remote glow starting device, used 2-56 all the way, the retracts are a delight, and the plane flies great. I did however use Hitec 605's for the rudder and elevator. It's total weight is 7 lbs 6 oz. It will weigh about 7 lbs 2 oz when I install a lighter battery. I'm usually cautious about putting larger rods in but saw no need to for this aircraft.
