Hi guys,
I'm putting an OS .91FX in my G-Trick. As soon as I fly it I'll report on the results. I used all the stock mounting hardware - the softmount included - it did require some 'fitting'. I'm using a wrap around header made for the ST2300 - I had to drill and tap a new mounting hole (the front hole works fine). The tank is located right behind the engine so I'm just going to use muffler (pipe) pressure. The OS .91fx is pretty light (lighter than a YS 91FZ) so I'll be locating the battery as far forward as I can. I prefer not to add weight to balance (who does
I did consider putting an OS 1.60FX in it (it fits and you can get a wrap around header), but it seemed like overkill
Hopefully, I'll have it airborn by the end of this month.
