Fill the tank, Open the throttle, put your finger over the carb hole and flip the prop a few times till you see fuel come up the line to the carb, then give it 3 or 4 more flips (With finger over opening).

Now remove finger, and attach a glow igniter to the glow plug. PUT THE THROTTLE TO LOW!!!! Just open the throttle about 1 millimeter. Flip the prop with a stick (Counterclockwise as you look from the front).

Repeat as necessary.
