Default RE: 40 Size Pattern

Try your luck and find hobicco Spectrum some stockist might still be carrying it. I am flying one with 50 SX tuned piped.Very precise and good aircraft perhaps they copied the Wolfgang Matt Rubin.Once trimmed properly handles superbly with excellent flying characteristics. Also be warned to check ANY ARF before assembly and put glue in all joints where they forgot to put the glue.

I am flying my Spectrum fitted with retracts.Never ever had any problem but I wont recomend retracts because they increase the wing loading.

Another choice would be thunder tiger Champion 45L if it is still available. This is a fantastic patternship with very low wing loading. The problem with ithis kit is the supplied hinges dont use them otherwise you ll be havin a lot of gap btw control surfaces use CA hinges instead. This plane won the National Championship in my country for 1999 although the skill of the pilot is a more important factor in that.

Also you can try Thunder tiger Imagine 50 designed by World champion Yoshioka. Also it is a good ship but the constraint is still the pilot skills.
