Exactly, and how do i remove a stripped screw?
There are various ways do this. I usually use an easy out craftsman makes a set of bits that extract stripped screws problem is I don't think they make them small enough for your needs
You can drill them out and re-tap but I wouldn't recommend you trying this on your own
