Hey,
I also wanted to say that Horizon DID give me very good customer service with my US 60 problems.

However, if you call their tech line, make sure you ask for "Dave".
He seems to rally care about customer satisfaction, a couple of others I have talked to there don't seem to care as much.(Take that for what it is worth!)
