Yeah, lots of speed and not enough glue on the elevator, no flutter
Now I understand. You didn't loose your elevator, you lost your horizontal stabilizer. I feel a little bit relieved because I routinely over-slop epoxy on my tail fins. When I got done glueing my stabs I had an 8th inch filler of epoxy all the way around.
