If I had known how nose heavy my US 60 was going to be, I would have put a WHOLE LOT MORE epoxy on when I glued the horizontal stab on!!

So was it the elevator or the whole horizontal that came off?

I always use a clear 1" wide tape to seal all the hinge lines,(sailplane background here) hopefully this gives an added bit of insurance when using "ca" type hinges.

Hope I never have to see if it works!!!
