Why not attempt to make your own. It isn't difficult to do. If you can build this kit, you can certainly lay-up some wheel pants, and make a cowl for that matter. Simply sand a balsa block, or make ribs and keel filled with expanding foam, to the shape you're after. Then epoxy that and sand and spot putty to perfection. When finished, make two half fiberglass molds, then glass the insides of the molds, join the two halves and you're there.
