The cutting edge in Simulator graphics is currently held by [link=http://www.reflex-sim.de]Reflex XTR[/link]. You can download two videos and some pics [link=http://www.thgruber.de/xtr/index.html]here[/link]. If you decide on CSM, just make sure you're running DOS or at the most Windows 98.. It won't work on anything else..
