Only you can decide if this was a one time thing, or if it was a lapse in concentration. You know if this is something that is happening in the other areas of your life. You should make the decision based on that. Almost all of us have a lapse in concentration on occasion. If you are taking long flights, you may want to consider taking shorter ones.
