Register yourself with the IPACS forum where you can communicate directly with the creators and experts of AFP on any questions that you have http://www.ipacs.de/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi

If you need to get support for cable replacement etc, you could contact Frank of IPACS USA, no matter which retailer you bought AFP from. Here his contact :

I would also recommend that you regularly check the official IPACS site http://www.aerofly.de/ for software updates and other developments. Have you downloaded the latest 1.6.8.6 patch ?
