Surprisingly, while surrounded by water, virtually no flying off water that I'm aware of happens here - with the exception of my friend Dominic. And I've seen him do it once in 3 years last summer. Salt/brackish water is the big deterrent I'm told. I'm hoping to fly mine in the snow rather than water - unless I find some ideal situation with a beach/boat/fresh water scenario. I just added the picture this morning. Probably wont finish it till snow threatens. Planning a K&B 48 or Super Tigre 51 for power.
