You don't have to justify your reasons from buying to anyone

One of the main reasons LHS aren't doing well is because their own distributors compete with them and large mail order houses do more volume in a month then they do in a year (hence a better trade discount)

Maybe you should consider a value added approach to marketing your wares... That way one somebody says they got something for 10.00 less you can tell them that no they didn't because I include xyz in my price!!!
