The LSN adjust the mixture for the Low RPM range of the engine, You should first set the HSN and then when that is done set the LSN to give you the best punch from low RPM. LSN does not affect HSN.. If you have a mid range needle, do not adjust it, they are factory set and meant to stay that way.
