What he said, I have been using them for several months now, crashed a pack pretty good. Never ballooned or any of that nonsense (does happen though) and charge at 1C and you are fine.

Just make sure you have the proper cell count, and charge a 1200mah pack at 1.2A or 1C and you won't have any problems.
