RE: help and advice on making a sliding canopy on a p-51
You won't believe this.
My canopy travels4-5/8". U.P. has even inches, but he had a custom one laying around that evidently someone ordered and never claimed...4-9/16"!
You can imaagine my elation, even after shelling out 55 dollars for it! Shaft end threaded 4-40. I'm thinking of giving it its own air tank and servo/valve combo so I don't use all the gear air venting the pilot!
