Im lookingin to getting my father a radio for a gift to get him started, is it safe to buy off ebay? and is 99.3 a good rating? the radio is a really good deal but I dont want to br ripped off....and if I do get a radio...should I spend a little bit extra money and get a higher end? or will it just go out of date? If it will should should I just get the basic 3 channel? (keep in mind hes just learning)
