What type of radio are you using, and is it programmable? Loosening the arm and re-positioning the screw just moves the problem to the other end. Is the throttle opening all the way now without binding? It sounds like the total throw is off and the answer may be in the position of the clevises on both ends. Do you have any ball links, and what hole is the clevis in on the servo and the throttle arm?
