The first photo shows the method that I used to properly position the upper wing center section prior to building the cabane struts. Make the frame over the plans and the top wing will have the proper -1 degree incidence with respect to 0 incidence on the bottom wing.
The next photo shows the center wing braces that are on the full scale but not on the plans.
The next photo shows the muffler outlet. I'll build a dummy engine exhaust that will fit below the cowl.
The last photo shows the routing of the pull pull red housings. The yellow inner tube will act like a sliding bearing for the Kevlar cable.
Latest estimate is 28#. What you see here weighs 20#.
How do you like the night shots? This way the back ground does not look cluttered.
