Hey Foster4u,
Just checked my manual, and added a few comments...
CG: 5-3/4" back from leading edge at the wing root.
I put it 1/8" ahead of this with gear down and the UAT full. Gear up should be about bang-on and I can't see any reason to change it.
Control throws:
Ailerons: 5/8" up and down. This is WAY too much. I reduced it to 60% of that on my high rate with ~25% expo, feels about right.
Elevator: 1" up and down. I added 25% (now 1-1/4") to both up and down motions with 25% expo. Seems about right. A friend flew one with stock 1" setting and ran out of elevator on landing. Mind you I think the aircraft in question was a little nose-heavy.
Elevator Reflex: for level flight the elevons should be around 3/16" up. You'll be within a few trim clicks for sure...
Rudders: 7/8" left and right. Works fine...
Nose wheel: do taxi tests and adjust your mix to make it friendly...
Try a few seaches on this subject. There's a few threads about this already.
Last, don't let it get too far away on the first flight. Its a small aircraft and it can disappear in a real hurry!
Good luck,
