David, um he can complain all he wants, you happen to be more lucky then him. maybe he's hit a few hard times and can't "just move". i know i can't "just move" and if you think we should. than i really have to say.....get a life. R/C modelling is a fun hobby and is a great stress releifer (sometimes!) but if it commands the major decisions in your life thats a sham.
