I use the Hacker C40-12T with a JETI jes 40-3P. It has brake on/off (no slow-start option) and I find the slow start is not really needed. All the hobby shop guys use this ESC for their 120's. If you want the advanced Jeti, go ahead. We find it not neccessary. We actually want some tough power when needed.
See if you can exchange your 30-3P for a 40-3P. Now, that is needed for the Hacker. Really a great set-up.
