OK, its easy, go to the picture in your gallery, click on the picture you want, it should be really big now, right click on the picture and select properties, highlight and copy the URL.

Then put the URL here.

For the picture to show up, put image on each side. Or, click on the IMAGE button in the reply toolbar, and put your URL in between the words that go into your post, there! Easy
