RCPete,

I few things about the start up process. If the "Gas" setting is too much (your ECU version means the gas setting is too low), then you will see some flames coming out the back RIGHT after the engine starts. If you see flames coming out the back during the RAMP cycle, then the START PW is too high. If the GAS setting is allowing too much GAS to enter, you might be blowing out the flame (in the case of no start), try increasing the GAS value by 5 each time until you get consistent starts.
