Default Reverse Parameters

Well, this is interesting. The manual clearly states, on page 29, that a higher parameter gives LESS gas than a lower one. In fact it states that a parameter value of 0 will give maximum gas. In Tony's Tips, on the RAM web site, it also says that a higher parmeter value gives LESS gas. So why does my manual say this, and why does Tony say this if it is not true? No wonder I have so much trouble with my 500.

My manual is a year old, so I assume it reflects the ECUs that were provided with the engines at that time. It has just been a year since my second 500 was delivered, so I would naturally believe that the manual that came with it was correct. So, are you saying the manual is wrong?
