I began working on my Razor a few months ago, I had to make a lot of modications. I found the same as depicted in previous posts on this thread....The bellcrank had a lot of slop.
I found that the arm in the center of the shaft moved back and forth on the shaft a great deal. I tighthend the set pin but this did not help. I removed the set pin and tapped the center shaft for a screw. This solved the problem.

I also found the arms on the outside of the shaft going to the elevator horns to be to small. I replaced them with Hitec servo arms and also tapped the shaft with screws to hold them on. Seems to be working great so far.

I have finally completed this plane but have not flown it yet, should fly this weekend.

I will update my previous threads on this model sometime today or over the weekend.

By the way the plane came out 4-1/2 lbs.
