I heard the same things about the YS muffler problem, so I just omitted it....easier to cut the cowel, too....




This is a YS 91FZ also...just used a flexible Hobbico exhaust deflector instead of the muffler.

Sounds GREAT, not that much louder and the cowel is easier to remove, too.

No worries about buying new mufflers anymore.....
