To put a video up you first have to have your own home page to post it on. I don't know of anyone using dial-up for their site anymore, back in the dark BBS ages we did it, but we all had 1200 baud modems and text only, too.

Check with your club, many clubs have sites that will accept a video, if yours will just take the tape (or a copy) to whomever for posting.
