Have you try doing a inverted flat spin before? The only thing I can think of is that the stall was so great that it was unrecoveralbe!! So no matter what control inputs were given, you still had turbulant/disrupted air flowing orver the wings. It may have just been one of those things that happens and probably will never happen again.[:@][&o]
