Yes it was for sure ina flat inverted spin, like a said, no real damage, all repaired now. Just P**sed me off a little
Thanks for your replies so far, it was getting chucked about more than it every has been though whoops. But hay, got to get it sorted, its my play plane. I'm sure we all have one. It may have come out if I had had more altitude.
