If it says 'MS' it must be MicroSoft flight simulator. If it was a few years ago, it was probably the 2000 version. Software would be worth next to nothing, as there have been 2 or 3 newer flight sims released by Microsoft since then. A new yoke and rudder pedals would be worth around $100, used...probably cut that in half. Some specs on the hardware would be helpful.
