I put a rebuild kit in the carb and installed a new plug after about three years of use and my Brison started and ran just like new. The carb diaphragms can get stiff and the needle valves worn. Plus a new plug always makes a two stroke happier. You can get the rebuild kits and plugs at stores that handle chainsaws.
