With wire landing gear, you really have to finesse your landings to keep the plane from bouncing. Best suggestion I can make is slow it down as much as you can, if you can try and fly along about a foot off the runway untill it just drops of its own accord. You also could try a smaller nose landing gear wheel, try and give the wing negative incidence with the plane sitting on the ground. Also release the elevator as soon as the plane touches down....
