Thanks Mike, On the last one I had washers doubled up and as near as I can figure it equalled about 3 degrees give or take. At that point it seemed like it could use more, not knowing just how far the wood compressed and cancelled out the angle. So I guess I'll start with the 3 degree plate and see what happens.
