You sound like one of those customers you can never make happy. Bubba and Wayne are really great customer service oriented guys. When the new 1/3 arf Laser came out I got one and the tail wheel was missing. I called and Wayne and told him and three days later I had a whole new set of hardware....on the house. Guys lets take up a collection and pay for this guys plane so he won't complain anylonger. Tell us did you find anything you liked when you got the plane? I don't care much for gliders anyway. The old ARF's from Lanier where junk. I have the Laser and the bigger Edge and love them both. I have a glider in my shop I will give to you just as long as you don't complain.....let me know.
