Thick gauge poly film works too. The kind of stuff that your little parts bags are made of, (nut & bolts andstuff. It is thicker than waxed paper and less prone to tearing and leaving behind little pieces. This is the same stuff used in vacuum bagging processes. I've had good results with using thick mil Lawn & Leaf Bags for larger projects.
