Hard to say, I wouldn't buy a homebuilt engine so there isn't really an answer there I can pick, as a result I picked less than 3K.
The reason, my time is limited and precious, the last thing I want is an engine I have to mess around with or deal with lack of customer service and repair centers, I would rather buy something that I know I can send it back and have it returned in a timely fashion.
