CAN I TAKE PLANS FOR A BALSA PARKFLYER(LETS SAY A STAGGERWING) AND USE THE BASIC SHAPES,OUTLINES AND SIZES TO CUT A FOAM PLANE AND WILL IT FLY THE SAME AS THE INTENDED BALSA PLANE?
Basically, yes. That's how most guys do it with FFF (fan fold foam). You can do a simple undercambered wing, or you can go "built up" using a few foam ribs, a foam spar, and thinner foam "skins". The fuselage can be a simple profile (roadkill) with a CF rod stiffener, or it can be built up too. Foam tends to be a bit heavier than built up balsa, though.
