I've seen thread based "mini-forums" used successfully on some sites. For instance you can create a thread called "Rolling Harrier Forum" in here and everyone can post stuf on the rolling harrier. the mods would try to keep it on topic of rolling harriers and it could grow as big as it needs to. You could do one for each maneuver and let them be the pseudo-forums.

Perhaps we can try this to see if it works or not? If it doesn't we can always try something else!
