Oracover on oracover...

I wanted to put some Oracover decoration on my Pilatus (sunburst design - how original), which was pre-covered with Oracover so started reading this thread yesterday hoping to find out the best way to get the decoration safely and securely in place prior to attacking it with the iron.
I found that if you just spray the wing with ordinary tap water (no soap etc.), then you can put the oracover decoration on the wing and the water will hold it tight on the wing, but allow you to move it exactly into position. Then get your trusty amex out and press the decoration down firmly to get as much water out as you can - and the decoration still stays in place (surface tension of the residual water no doubt). Then immdiately out with the iron - working from the centre out to ensure you get all the air / water out from under the decoration. I only tried it yesterday, but it seems to work for me.
