I would not use that big of throws on your maiden. Do you have a computer radio? If so set your low rates to match the lower rates specified at the end of that manual. They were way less than what you have them set to now. If you don't have a computer radio you better mechanically reduce your throws to what they specify in the manual for low rates. That thing will get away from you if you're not used to it. Especially the elevator (tip stall).

I set mine mechanically to the 3D rates they showed. Then on my computer radio I set the low rates to 50%. That's still quite a bit actually (over an inch on elevator and ail's). Those surfaces are so huge that you don't need much to fly basic aerobatics. Once you get used to it you can increase the rates (slowly).
