My personal opinion is to balance it out at 6.. then.. just for the first few flights.. put some lead weight on the nose and balance that to 5. Every time you fly you can take 1/4 oz to 1/2 oz off the plane until you are where you want. The thought behind this is getting the battery where you want it the first time so you don't have to redo anything. Knowing that you will likely want it at this certain location soon anyways.. why not make your plane ready for that. My battery is right in front of the tail wings in a little hatch door. Balances at 6.25 with no counter balance and a ys 1.10. Balanced at 5 now. Ready to remove some of the extra weight.
