They will probably work. The only concern I can see is weight issues. A micro reciever will weigh less and probably fit better inside the tiger moth fuselage. All you can do is try it and if it doesn't work then grab that cheap GWS transmitter.

Let us know how it works out. I think you'll find the tiger moth is a fun little electric.
