The think the stock parts are made of a nylon/plastic material. Mine was pretty durable until I switched to graphite, I just prefer it over plastic since I race mine. The only times I broke my parts was when I kept hitting the corner of a concrete porch step at full throttle. I dont think many trucks on the market could withstand that impact.
